Conversations That Helped Shape the Journey
Years before the creation of DetoxME, Emil Haldey, PharmD, hosted Prescription for Success, a health and wellness interview program featuring conversations with physicians, researchers, authors, innovators and nationally recognized voices in health and medicine.
Across approximately 30 episodes, Emil had the opportunity to sit down with remarkable guests and explore emerging ideas in integrative health, functional medicine, nutrition, longevity, wellness and human performance.
Many of these conversations remain relevant today. Others provide an interesting snapshot of what we understood — and what we were still learning — at the time they were recorded.
I am grateful that Prescription for Success gave me the opportunity to speak with extraordinary people and ask questions about health that genuinely interested me.
These conversations took place several years ago. Since then, science has continued to evolve — and so have I.
My own experiences with chronic illness, mold exposure and CIRS profoundly changed the way I think about health. I have continued studying, questioning, learning and changing my mind when the evidence or my experience warranted it.
For that reason, the interviews below are presented as an archive of my earlier work. Some of the opinions expressed — including my own — may not reflect my current views or the latest scientific understanding.
I still believe these conversations have tremendous value, and I am proud to make them available again.
And this archive isn't the end of the story.
It is the beginning of the next chapter.
Today, the questions have become even bigger.
What happens when the problem isn't only inside the body — but also inside the building?
Why do some people recover while others remain stuck for years?
What happens when physicians, environmental professionals, researchers and patients begin talking to one another instead of working in separate silos?
Those are some of the conversations we will explore through DetoxME TV.
Welcome back.
